The Lunchbox diet is a weight loss program that was designed by fitness expert, Simon Lovell. This program allows you to eat what you like for breakfast and dinner but snack only on what's in your lunchbox throughout the day. Your lunchbox should be filled with 60 percent veggies, 30 percent protein, and 10 percent dressing/condiments. Top recommended foods include – Broccoli, Spinach, Avocado, Chili Pepper, Sugarsnap Peas, Zucchini, Asparagus, Beetroot. Chicken or turkey breast, cod fish and balsamic vinegar. The lunchbox diet is designed to prevent individuals from binging at meal times by encouraging you to eat healthy snacks every hour or so. I think this diet works for those who feel the need to snack all day and don't have time to eat a healthy lunch.
I'm not sure if this diet will work out for me because I already use a meal replacement shake for breakfast and dinner. I guess I can drink my shake in the AM, snack through out the day, and have a healthy dinner.
