Weight Loss - Day 3 and 4

If any of you follow me on Twitter then you already know the big news. If not, well here it is...

I lost 4.5lbs in 3 days!!!!

My first weigh in was 149lbs. Yesterday I weight 144.5lbs.
I'm sooo happy!
This QuickTrim Diet is working!!!

Here's the deal...


Day 3 - I ate and did about 45 min. of exercise.
15 min. in the AM and 30 min. in the PM.
Breakfast - Wheat toast w/peanut butter
Snack - None
Lunch - Chicken burrito from Chipotle w/ black beans, rice, corn, sour cream, and cheese!!
Snack - Banana w/Yogurt
Dinner - Cucumber with salt and lemon
Since I had a HUGE lunch I kept it low-key with Dinner.



Day 4 - Didn't do much exercise and was so stressed @ work.
No AM exercise and 30 min. walk/jog in the PM.
Breakfast - Cookies and Cream Milkshake w/low fat milk
Snack - None
Lunch - 1.5 cup of white rice and some steak with fresh salsa
Snack - A few cheezits
Dinner - 2 eggs and some beef chowmein (I just couldn't resist those greasy looking noodles)
Today, I was super stressed at work. I was stuck in a long meeting and when I got out of it I had 3o min. to finish up the work I was working on. At times I feel like I work too much and I don't get paid enough. But with times like this, I'm just thankful I have a job. Due to the stress and being stuck in a meeting for 2.5 hrs...I didn't have time to snack.

NOTE: I drink plenty of water through out the day...I would say like 8-10 glasses!



Again, this diet is also a CLEANSER!!!
So trust when I say I go doo-doo like 4 times a day!!! =)

BTW, I don't have a scale so I won't know if I lost any weight til the weekend.
I'll keep you all posted on that.

Good job on the loss of lbs!! I'm such a skeptic when it comes to diet pills, but now it makes me want to try it. I'm scared of pills though. :/
I'm just lookiing for a good "doo-doo product. Lol! I got 2 questions for you.
1. When you go number 2 is it solid or diarrhea?
2. Can you buy the Poop helper by itself or is it a package deal thing?

@Malia - I know what you mean about the pills!!! I hate it myself but I keep telling myself its only temporary. LOL. There are many "doo-doo" products out there that you can take such as tea's, shakes, or even pills. I used to take a detox tea but I would get major cramps when going "doo-doo". TMI. With this product it's kind of like diarrhea. Like when you eat something probably about an hour or so you let it out. Hahaha. I purchased the 14 day system. I don't think they have the cleanser by itself unless you use the 48hr drink but its mostly to get rid of water weight. I suggest you visit your local GNC and ask someone about detox products. I try to detox at least once a year. This is good for your stomach and colon. =)

@GorgeousMommyK - Thanks girl...I'm hoping I can lose 10lbs or more but we'll see.

I used to use the utra slim tea they sell at Safeway or Luckys. At first it made me have loose stools, but then they hardened up. After awhile i guess it didnt work as well. I think i will take a trip to GNC. Thanks!

Great! I'm happy for u! :D I'm was curious about that quick trim must be expensive idk have to do research. I'm mad that I stopped working out ughhh I need to get back to it lol

congrats to you :) remember to stay hydrated since u are having so many "doo-doo's" lol. you don't want to mess up your electrolytes lol (sorry its the nurse in me talking). Keep it up. the first ten pounds are always the easiest since its mostly water. that chipotle burrito sounds delish :) -ting

@BADasS It was a bit expensive...around $60 but it's working and it really doesn't make me feel anxious or nervous like other diet pills I've tried. Do some research on it and see if it's something you would be committed to doing.
@TingRN: Thanks. I try to remind myself to drink lots of water. Sometimes I have more water than other days and I feel dehydrated and a bit tired. And yes, that burrito was good. I think i'm going to go eat another one at lunch today. LOL.

even try gadoraid for the electrolyes.. it might be a reason for being so tired because u are losing a lot of water with the stools. also eat carbs before working out and a light protien after like a hard boiled egg or apples & peanut butter. i read your newer post just now and congrats! 9 lbs down. :) I finally lost another 5 in about a month which takes long for me because i just do the traditional exercies and portion control. good luck mamas. you're doing great! -ting
