I lost 4.5lbs in 3 days!!!!
My first weigh in was 149lbs. Yesterday I weight 144.5lbs.
I'm sooo happy!
This QuickTrim Diet is working!!!
Here's the deal...
Day 3 - I ate and did about 45 min. of exercise.
15 min. in the AM and 30 min. in the PM.
Breakfast - Wheat toast w/peanut butter
Snack - None
Lunch - Chicken burrito from Chipotle w/ black beans, rice, corn, sour cream, and cheese!!
Snack - Banana w/Yogurt
Dinner - Cucumber with salt and lemon
Since I had a HUGE lunch I kept it low-key with Dinner.
Day 4 - Didn't do much exercise and was so stressed @ work.
No AM exercise and 30 min. walk/jog in the PM.
Breakfast - Cookies and Cream Milkshake w/low fat milk
Snack - None
Lunch - 1.5 cup of white rice and some steak with fresh salsa
Snack - A few cheezits
Dinner - 2 eggs and some beef chowmein (I just couldn't resist those greasy looking noodles)
Today, I was super stressed at work. I was stuck in a long meeting and when I got out of it I had 3o min. to finish up the work I was working on. At times I feel like I work too much and I don't get paid enough. But with times like this, I'm just thankful I have a job. Due to the stress and being stuck in a meeting for 2.5 hrs...I didn't have time to snack.
NOTE: I drink plenty of water through out the day...I would say like 8-10 glasses!
Again, this diet is also a CLEANSER!!!
So trust when I say I go doo-doo like 4 times a day!!! =)
BTW, I don't have a scale so I won't know if I lost any weight til the weekend.
