QT Diet - Day One & Two

I started my diet yesterday and so far so good. The instructions for this diet is as follows:
Take 2 AM pills before breakfast or before your workout.
Take 2 AM pills in between lunch and dinner.
Take 4 PM pills at night.
Yes, it's a lot of pills. That doesn't include the last pills you have to take 5 days before the 14-day system ends. For the last 5 days I'll be taking 10 pills per day!!!!



First of all, these pills give you lots of energy but what Diet pills don't?! I haven't been that hungry and I've also increased my water intake. I've been drinking plenty of water and moving around. Here is what my schedule has been like and how I've been feeling...

DAY ONE
AM - Took 2 pills in the morning before breakfast. I went jogging for 20 min. then got back home and did 3 sets of 15 in crunches. When I took the pills I had lots of energy and I kind of felt nasueas when I was jogging (it was either the pills or the lack of exercise).
Noon - Had brunch @ Ihop. I ordered the strawberry and banana pancakes and only ate half, which was 2 pancakes. I was pretty full.
3pm - I took the last 2 pills of the AM bottle. I had energy and was chasing around my 3 year old daughter. I was quite sweaty after 15 min.
Dinner - Had an apple with peanut butter b/c I was not hungry at all!
8pm - Took the 4 night pills. These are suppose to Detox all night!! These pills do not give you energy. However, I was not able to sleep. Guess I had too much on my mind.

DAY TWO
AM - Took the 2 pills around 6am and immediatley began to excersice. However, after 15 min. of exercising I felt nasueaus again!! I stopped excercising after that. But then my stomach cleansed itself out...LOL. I know GROSS but this diet is also a CLEANSER!!! So expect going to the toilet quite a few times.
Breakfast - Had a slice of wheat toast w/peanut butter.
Lunch - Had a Ceasar's Salad
3pm - Took the last 2 AM pills. I did not feel much energy but I did walk around for about 10 min.
*Day two is not over yet.


So far this is it for my diet update. I think it's going OK but I do notice that I don't get hungry and I get full a lot faster. I had to make myself eat something on DAY 1 but on DAY 2 I was hungry. I guess after releasing some "doo-doo" you get hungry. LOL. Also, the feeling nasueas part in the morning sucks. I hope after today I won't be feeling that. I have to drink a gallon of water a day!!! But drinking plenty of water is always a good thing.
P.S. By the way, I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow so I'll see if I lost any weight...I'm hoping at least a pound! But it may be too soon...

Hehe, I told you they give you a lot of energy! Keep it up girl! Must people give up on the first day, keep us updated.

Yes girl, it does give me lots of energy but I notice that when I drink lots of water I don't feel it as much. And you can't forget the "doo-doo" LMAO!!!
