QT Diet Completed!

Hey everyone,

I apologize for the delay in my QT updates but I've been really bad with it. For the last 5 days or so I've been taking my pills but not exercising at all. And I haven't been drinking enough water.

I finished the 14-day system yesterday. And my weigh was 139lbs. That's a total of 10lbs lost in 14 days!!!! I know I could have lost more if I would have exercised at least 30 min. during the day, if I would have drank more water, and if I had stayed away from McDonalds, pizza, and other junk. Aaaaaah!! But I'm glad that I lost those stubborn 10lbs. Now all I have to do is lose another 5lbs and maintain that weight.

A couple of days before my Vegas trip I'm going to try that QT 48 hrs. Super Diet Detox. I hope I can get rid of any excess water weight and get that "fat" out of my system by going doo-doo. LOL.



Thanks to all of you who have left me comments and supporting me through this diet system. It really means a lot to me.

hey girl. i was just wondering if you had any side affects or anything. like some girls said it made them shaky and what not. and are you allowed to eat with ithe pills?
